  • Have a background in executive coaching with verified references from at least 3 executives of Fortune 500 or equivalent companies.

  • Avg. 10+ years of corporate leadership experience in multinational environments with responsibility for 100+ employees or businesses with more than €100 million in revenue.

  • Minimum +1000 hours of training validated by a crediting coaching association.

  • Active in a leading coaching association.

  • Certificate from a leading Coaching School.
